Ofer Media was established in 2007 as part of the Ofer Group strategy to expand into new arenas.

Drawing on its general resources, management experience and strategic thinking, Ofer Media is identifying investment opportunities in established media, internet and communications companies in Israel and abroad.

In addition, Ofer Media is working with Ofer Hi-Tech to identify and invest in potential start-up companies in the areas of internet and media.
